i'm living in that moment
now
that place where ideas collide
with reality viewed in slow motion
i collide with that moment
right now
as i smile at religions
and creeds
and idols
...yea they're funny
american idols that is
akward moments wrapped
around unheard sounds
my america.
my akward american moments
come wrapped and vacuum packed
sans the freshness.
i am long past my expiration date
so i decide
proudly
within the gaze of their all seeing eye
to live in that moment
in my reality
wrapped in my ideas.
